Made from the reduced sap of
coconut palms,
coconut nectar has a sweet, tangy,
taste with no
coconut flavor.
After
tasting all of the products, I set to and baked this
coconut chickpea chocolate cake using the
nectar and oil.
You can substitute your preferred sugar 1:1, such as refined white sugar or
coconut sugar (which has more of an unrefined, molasses - quality
taste) but please take note that if you prefer to use a liquid sweetener such as agave
nectar, it can change the consistency and
taste of my recipe.
To serve, add a meringue nest to a bowl and whip some chilled
coconut milk with some agave
nectar (to
taste) to create a thick double cream consistency.

taste and texture if i switch the all purpose flour with GF all purpose flour, the sugar with agave
nectar and the vegetable oil with
coconut oil?
