Fab flavour combos, orange white choc and cranberry always go great together — I also used raw honey in place of agave
as I believe its a more natural, unrefined sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those of you who wanted to know about the white choc chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!

May I know is it ok to omit the
coconut oil as I prefer to go
oil free and this also applies to your 5 ingredient
chocolate covered ice cream bars.
In place of the
chocolate chips, I would use a mixture of
coconut oil, cocoa powder and raw honey or stevia to make them sugar - free
as well.
I added oats,
as oats are super versatile, work great
as a regular flour replacer and taste delicious, along with some

Depending on what the recipe is you could try and substitute it with
coconut oil as they have similar qualities (especially if the recipe is something like a raw cheesecake) but for this
chocolate recipe I would try substituting it for equal parts almond butter and
coconut oil.
This creamy «dough» is made with fiber - and protein - rich organic garbanzo beans and almonds; organic
chocolate chips, cane sugar and virgin

coconut oil; then I used a half tablespoon agave (I only used a 1/2 T in the main recipe
as well).

oil works in recipes with liquid sugars (think agave) or solid fats, such
as groundnuts or
chocolates in cakes.
Hi Lisa food sensitive are a nightmare I really like the sound of your

I did make a few substitutions though — I used
coconut oil instead of the palm
oil (i added about a teaspoon more
coconut oil once I had mixed everything together because the mixture was a bit too crumbly and dry for my liking) and I also added a teaspoon or so more of honey due to the dryness of the mixture... I didn't use any white
chocolate chips, and used vegan dark
chocolate that i chopped up because i didn't have «chips»
as such....
I make a

«I used Dagoba organic 87 % cacao
chocolate (if you like dark

coconut oil, and cashew butter (pretty sure we discussed this at your birthday party, but I make my own with roasted cashews, agave nectar, and either
coconut or safflower
oil depending on what I have at the time).

Place a sheet of parchment paper beneath a cooling rack and begin dipping the bars in the melted

as the

* You can not let
Coconut flour sit long,
as soon
as you mix this batter, ensure you put it right into the oven * If you want
chocolate muffins, you can add between 1/4 - 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to your taste liking * You can store these in an airtight container for 3 days * You can substitute the butter with
Coconut Oil but I haven't tested it and 8 tablespoons would probably be too oily.
