coconut oil face wash, but I have oily skin.
However, since our skin does not actually «absorb» oil like we would think, the best way to get the full benefits of
coconut oil face treatments is to exfoliate before use!!

coconut oil for your
face as it spreads pretty far and you don't want your
face to end up too oily.

Every night I use a small amount of

In regards to using

face moisturiser, I've heard many people who said that it has been the best thing ever to use on their
faces, but at the same time there are heaps that said it made them broke out (with acne) like crazy.

The idea of putting
coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, honey and spirulina on my
face would have seemed beyond crazy, but as I started to nurture my body with foods that it loved I started to become conscious of everything else I was doing and whether it was really the most loving thing to do for my body.

coconut oil as a facial cleanser for a while and found that using a damp cloth to wipe off the excess helps deter that oily feeling on your

I don't use whipped
coconut oil, although that sounds like a good idea for
faces, just regular stuff right out of the jar.
