side considering the high quality.
This is a thicker almond butter, which is my preference, but if you like yours to be
on the silkier
side you can easily add a bit of
coconut oil to the blender to thin it out a bit.
When the
coconut oil is hot and melted, add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crisp
on all

Side note: if while dipping the chocolate gets too thick, simply reheat over low
on the stove to remelt the
coconut oil, or add up to 2 more tablespoons of maple syrup to thin out.)
Fry in clarified butter or
coconut oil on medium - low heat for about 3 minutes
on the first
side and 1 minute
on the second.
My favorites are baking in the oven (350 for 15 - 20 minutes) and frying in a skillet with olive
oil or
coconut oil (2 minutes
on each
side at high, lower medium until done).
