It's one of my favourite vegetables as there are so many amazing
things you can do with it — grate it down and stir through spices and
coconut milk to serve with a spicy curry, roast it in olive
oil and cumin for a beautiful side or even cut it into cauliflower steaks and bake it in the oven for a really delicious main dish.
So i stock up on
things like
coconut oil and raw cacao on ebay or iherb.

Sure, you could make a keto fat bomb that's loaded with

Coconut oil is one of the richest sources of saturated fat known to man and that is a good
thing!

I took the liberty of changing a few
things around and used what was on hand: Bob's Redmill Almond meal, fortunately the texture is excellent, 1/2 cup roasted & mashed Delicata Squash, one tablespoon of Ghee, one tablespoon of
Coconut oil instead of 1/4 cup, substituted Hemp Seed for Flax meal and Volia!

I subbed half
Coconut Mana for the
Coconut Oil, and added raw Hemp Hearts and Chia seeds, these
thing are amazing!
You want your primary focus to be on omega - 3 fatty acids and healthy, saturated fats from
things like
coconut oil, pasture - raised meats, and butter from grass - fed cows.
The next
thing is to get rid of inflammatory fatty acids such as processed vegetables oils (corn, canola, soybean, safflower, peanut, etc) and eat more good fats such as avocados,
coconut fats, grass - fed butter and olives / olive
oil.
It would probably only exist as an ingredient in tropical cultures, in such
things as candy bars, where they do not want the
coconut oil melting.
Maybe 3/4 cup banana / applesauce + 1/4 cup
coconut oil would liven these
things up to a healthy status?
People do, however, claim significant weight loss by using
coconut oil in cooking and ingesting the therapeutic dose everyday (without changing other
things about their diets).
Other
things worth noting related to this soup - the slivered green onions sauteed in butter or
coconut oil.
The very first
thing I tried was this
coconut oil granola.
I mellowed it all down a bit with swiss chard and
coconut milk and I think that olive
oil went wonderfully with the whole
thing, however weird that my sound.

things like real honey, unsweetened cacao,
coconut oil, and almond butter.
Never stop giving her probiotics, those will always be a daily
thing (the fighters that make up her immune system) and
coconut oil is wonderful, full of lauric acid, which is found in breast milk,
coconut oil is antimicrobial, excellent for the gut, etc. so I just kept all of the ingredients except the sugar and stopped diluting once she turned 1.
You can certianly use the virgin
coconut oil that smells like
coconut and I think lavendar, citrus, vanilla and minty
things smell really nice with
coconut.
Coconut oil is soooo awesome for so many
things.
