my coconut oil needs to be carved out with a knife.
But then
this coconut oil needs to be natural and unrefined - just like tropical Traditions Gold label Virgin Coconut oil!
The oil in the bottom of each muffin tin was a clear sign to me that
the coconut oil needs to be reduced and the coconut flour needs to be increased.

Oh, literature indicates that olive
oil is more nourishing that
coconut oil and not comedogenic, so great for when body or face is in
need of extra nourishing.
I'm not too sure why the banana turned out mushy but perhaps try frying it on a lower heat, you may
need to add a little
coconut oil if you don't have a non-stick pan.
I avoid putting the
coconut oil on my roots as that can be harder to wash out and
needs a few shampoos to come off completely otherwise it can make your hair look a little greasy.
You may
need to add a little
coconut oil to help the texture too x
You really don't
need very much as it is pretty grease so you'll be slipping and sliding around your bed if you use as much
coconut oil as you would normal moisturizer!

oil, used all brown sugar to sweeten (figured all that banana moisture did nt
need syrup moisture) and instead of millet added 2 handfuls of
coconut, 1 handful of oats, and a handful of sesame seeds — still not quite maui, but best ive ever made!
