We use
coconut on top of our decorated treats (instead of artificial sprinkles), a wonderful fruit with antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties excellent for so many symptoms.
Loving the healthy dredging of
coconut on top of these beauties.

Set the cake on a serving plate and sprinkle any remaining
coconut on top of cake.

After I found them out, my parents began keeping a bottle
of wine in the cupboard and some

coconut oil doesn't absorb very well into my skin — it tends to stay
on top of it and then just come off, allowing my legs to just go dry again.

White chocolate
coconut raspberry mousse cake - light, delicate, and festive, this no - bake cake is super indulgent, with layers
of raspberry mascarpone cheese, and white chocolate
coconut mousse
on top.
Now sprinkle the rest
of the melted chocolate (2 tbsp)
on top of the
coconut and then drizzle 1/2 cup
of the caramel sauce over
on top.

To make the whipped
coconut topping, remove the can
of coconut cream from the fridge and flip the can over
on the counter.
Place about 1/3 cup
of the batter into the waffle iron and sprinkle a bit
of the remaining
coconut sugar
on top of the batter in the waffle iron (you may want to grease the iron with
coconut oil or butter to keep sugar from sticking), then close the iron and cook according to your iron's directions.
Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium - low heat and drizzle it
on top of the
coconut and then let the bars chill for 30 minutes in the fridge, then remove and cut into bars.
When thoroughly chilled, being careful not to shake, open up the two cans
of straight
coconut milk and (depending
on whether you have opened the can with the cream or liquid layer at the
top) either tip off the
coconut water into a glass and scoop out the
coconut cream that is left into a bowl, or scoop the
coconut cream off the
top to a bowl and pour the leftover
coconut water into a glass (save the
coconut water to drink or put in a smoothie).
There are lots
of variations to this cake, but I decided to stick with a version that has
coconut in the cake layers, and is
topped with
coconut, and the only nuts are
on the outside
of the cake.
I used pumpkin liquor instead
of bourbon, 1 cup regular flour and 1/2 cup
coconut flour, added 1/4 cup
of chocolate chips and sprinkled about 1 tsp
of brown sugar
on top before putting it in the oven.
I sprinkled a bit
of cinnamon and
coconut sugar
on the
top (a small amount) and it added a little sweetness.
I've used the Naturally Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashew Glazed Mix by Sahale Snacks
on top of my Pomegranate
Coconut Smoothie for a tasty crunch and an extra bit
of healthy fats and protein.
I bought a small carton
of another brand and it was smooth and more like the
top of the can
of coconut, ie the cream
on the
top.
Tip # 2: You will need to store the tahini in a BPA - free air - tight container in the refrigerator, and it may become hard (due to the
coconut oil), but just leave it out
on your counter
top at room temperature before using, or put it in a bowl
of warm water to soften it up.
For an easy way to make your own crispy tofu at home, simply do the following: (1) press a 14 or 16 ounce block
of extra firm tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water (lay tofu
on a cutting board,
top with lots
of paper towels, and then
top with a heavy book or pot); (2) chop the tofu into cubes; (3) toss tofu with 1 1/2 tablespoons
of coconut aminos (or soy sauce or tamari) along with 1 tablespoon melted
coconut oil and red chili flakes; (4) add in 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and toss to coat; (5) spread tofu cubes out
on a parchment paper - lined baking tray; (5) Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 25 minutes until crispy and golden
on the outside, tossing halfway through cooking time.

espresso salt works equally well, if not better, sprinkled
on top of dulce de leche
coconut macaroons
This is best served warm out
of the oven, and melty with the
coconut cream
on top.
And while the
coconut and pineapple add texture and sweetness, the sugar
on top adds crunch, and the dark rum adds a bit
of luxury, my favorite part
of this banana bread is the hint
of nutmeg in the batter.
Spread
on top of the cooled bars then sprinkle
on the
coconut.
Add 1/3 or 1/2
of water to a small sauce pan, add a bowl
on top (the bowl should not touch the water), add the chopped chocolate and
coconut oil to the bowl and turn the heat to high.
