Get the best organic baby shampoo and wash, which has natural and nourishing

coconut or olive oil, hummus, avocados, olives and so on.
The only fat getting consumed on a regular basis is from avocados,
coconuts,
almonds, walnuts, cashews, other nuts, seeds, and a small amount of
oils in salads, desserts,
or in cooking veggies on the frying pan.
I don't have any issue using
coconut oil when the skin looks very dry and fragile, but otherwise, I tend to suggest non-comedogenic
oils such as

Gear your fat intake around the healthy
oils (extra virgin olive oil, macadamia nut oil,
coconut oil, etc.), nuts (
almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc.), omega - 3's (fatty fish like salmon, halibut,
or supplements), and other great sources of fat such as avocados, nut butters, trace saturated fat from grass - fed animal protein, and flax and seeds.
To increase the anti cellulite benefits of massage, use a blend of the essential
oils listed above in a base of organic sesame,
almond, jojoba,
or coconut oil.
In fact, I strongly recommend adding raw nuts and seeds, like

Combining essential
oils with a carrier oil is always a safe idea, and it allows for a greater surface area of application, so be sure to use a carrier oil such as sweet
almond oil,
coconut oil,
or jojoba oil with your essential oil massage.
Pick pure organic
oils and always dilute them with a suitable carrier oil such as
Almond oil, Jojoba oil,
Coconut oil
or Grapeseed oil for example.
