I make a
peanut butter magic shell with maple syrup and
coconut oil, and it tastes amazing
on ice cream.
In a small saucepan
on low - medium heat combine the chili sauce,
peanut butter, grated ginger, honey, curry paste, sriracha and
coconut milk.
Add the
coconut oil,
peanut butter, homemade nutella, and honey to a small saucepan and melt
on low heat.
The
peanut butter and dates make them slightly chewy, and the
coconut and chocolate chips are the sprinkles
on top of an already happy little party of yum.
The main ingredient can vary from chocolate, to
coconut, apricot,
peanut butter, and so
on.

Using a stand or hand mixer, beat together the
coconut oil,
peanut butter and maple syrup
on high speed
These jam filled bars pack a nutritional punch with oats, quinoa,
coconut, honey,
peanut butter, strawberries and chia, and make a perfect
on - the - go breakfast, snack or dessert!
And, depending
on your taste, you might choose to make a few of your favorite bars multiple times rather than every recipe in the book: - I use a wide variety of nut / seed
butters throughout the book (almond, cashew,
coconut, hazelnut, macadamia,
peanut, pecan, walnut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed), but most of them use almond
butter and
peanut butter.
Since I don't keep whole
peanuts on hand — nor do I use oil in my recipes — I knew I had to make my own similar version of Creamy
Coconut Peanut Butter using healthy ingredients that I do keep here at home.
Combine the
peanut butter, tahini, brown rice syrup, agave /
coconut nectar, and salt in a small saucepan
on the stove over low heat.
In the meantime, make the date caramel by adding the dates,
peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of
coconut oil and 1/4 cup sweetener into the food processor and process
on high until smooth.
If I only have regular
peanut butter on hand, I just decrease the amount of
coconut oil by about 1 tablespoon.
I substituted a few things... pecans and
peanut butter to replace almonds, some
coconut flour works great when short
on flaxmeal, no vanila due to allergy and Earth Balance for half of
coconut oil and they are so good they disappear in half a day.

on what fruit I have around and what sort of mood I'm in.

If your
peanut butter is more
on the firm side, you may want to mix in a little
butter or
coconut oil to thin it out or break it up into smaller chunks and mix it throughout the batter instead of swirling it in.
Instead of
peanut butter, I've filled some with
coconut butter to make «Almond Joy Cups» and others I haven't filled with anything but just sprinkled some sea salt
on top for a simple, sweet and salty treat.
