Coconut water does not provide enough nutrition for water kefir grains to reproduce so they will need to be rested in sugar water after every batch or so to renutrify.
Apparently regular
coconut water does not have enough sodium to make up for the electrolyte losses after vigourous exercise.
Coconut water does not have this benefit.
Coconut water doesn't contain sodium, though, so add some Himalayan salt to balance things out.
It's not to say that clear
coconut water does not oxidise over time, but its pasteurisation process (or packaging) prevents it from being as pure and raw as possible, thus slowing the oxidisation process but also lowering the potassium value too.

If you pre boil the lentils in
water for 15 minutes and then add the
coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients it'll be cooked within an hour so you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours.

We didn't have brussels sprouts so used frozen spinach, and served it with basmati rice cooked in
coconut milk and
water as we didn't have black rice.
I didn't have quite enough ground almonds so I used 100g fine oatmeal so I think gluten free flour would work weak too, you might need a bit more
coconut oil and / or
water though.

For an easy way to make your own crispy tofu at home, simply

water, so what you suggest when is best moment for that
coconut oil?!
I like the Tropical Traditions teeth cleaner, which only contains: purified
water, organic virgin
coconut oil, baking soda, xanthum gum, wildcrafted myrrh powder, stevia, and organic essential oils of cinnamon and clove, if you get the cinnamon flavor, as I

In a food processor (a miniature one will
do), place the almond flour,
coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, egg and 2 tablespoons of
water, and pulse to combine.
