yogurt, 1/8
coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek
yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a little
coconut oil, in the end I saw that the
mix is a little hard so I added the milk.
In a
mixing bowl
mix the chia seeds with the almond milk,
coconut yogurt and the coffee.
While the vegetables are doing their thing,
mix your
coconut yogurt, 2 tablespoons of mint, lime juice, olive oil and 1 pressed garlic clove in a small bowl.
You can
mix the
coconut oil into lemon water or plain organic
yogurt if you can't tolerate the oil on its own.
In a separate large bowl
mix together all wet ingredients: zucchini, carrots, shredded apple, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract,
coconut oil, orange juice, zest and
yogurt.
I found that if I
mixed chia seeds with enough creamy
coconut milk and
coconut yogurt, they became a tasty breakfast pudding.
Make the frosting by
mixing 1/2 cup of sheep's

coconut flour and 1 teaspoon of toffee flavdrops (stevia or another sweetenener would also do the job though).

Get a blender, add
yogurt or
coconut milk, frozen fruit from Aldi's (cheap) and protein and
mix.
In a large
mixing bowl, combine the bananas, eggs,
coconut butter, vanilla,
coconut milk
yogurt, and stevia until smooth.
The turmeric
mixed with the citrusy sweetness of the orange and creaminess of the
coconut yogurt is the perfect sauce to tie this all together.

All you do is
mix together plain (or vanilla)
yogurt with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, a little maple syrup, a sprinkle of chia seeds,
coconut flakes and crushed walnuts / pecans, plus a handful of your fave granola.
Usually it's from dairy - free
yogurt and sauerkraut, then I recently found this
coconut water at Whole Foods and added it to the
mix.

mixed cow dairy with
coconut milk in
yogurt before, but that may have something to do with it.
Cacao
coconut yogurt — Sift 2 - 4 tablespoons of cacao powder into the
yogurt and
mix until smooth.
Using a KitchenAid ® stand
mixer, beat together
coconut oil, pumpkin and plain
yogurt on medium speed until fully blended.
In a medium bowl,
mix together egg,

coconut oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla then add grated zucchini.
