Hi Nataly, Actually, I make some changes to recipe I added only 1 tbs of maple syrup, 1 tbs Greek
yogurt, 1/8
coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of syrup is
too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek
yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a little
coconut oil, in the end I saw that the mix is a little hard so I added the milk.
The sauce, of which there is plenty (I like a little chicken with my sauce), is built from tomato and
yogurt (no
coconut milk this time) though I did accompany with a
coconut infused brown basmati (just add 1 Tbsp of
coconut oil to the rice while cooking, works like a charm), the boys love it
too.
I wonder if it was
too much at once or if it's something about how
coconut oil reacts with another ingrdient... maybe the
yogurt?
Topped with some simmered berries, a little maple syrup and
coconut yogurt, this is a super special and filling breakfast,
too.
I don't care for the taste or texture of the
yogurts made with only
coconut cream, as I think they taste
too rich and fatty, but feel free to go that route if you'd like to.

too am a vegan who has been trying the FODMAPs diet for a few weeks now, with some exceptions, i.e. I eat one Odwalla bar a day and one
coconut yogurt a day — both have inulin in them, but if I keep it to one a day I'm okay!

Oatly has a great sort - of pourable
yogurt but I can't find it in Germany, and
coconut yogurt is way
too rich to have every day.
I added a couple tbs of
coconut yogurt to add some extra liquid but I'm hoping the squash releases liquid as it cooks and it's not
too dense.
My best guess is that the crust was either from
too much gelatin, or (more likely) from the
coconut oil on top of the
yogurt hardening in the cold fridge.

Warm a whole roasted sweet potato, split it down the middle, drizzle with your favorite nut butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with
yogurt (I love
coconut, but Greek is great
too), low - sugar granola or toasted seeds and
coconut flakes.

yogurt as the
yogurt can be a bit chalky if it gets
too hot.

To get a thicker, more set
yogurt, I have also experimented with adding gelatin (the grass - fed beef kind) to the mix, and although it complicates the process a little — you have to heat up some of the
coconut milk to dilute the gelatin, but you shouldn't add the ferment to
too hot a liquid or you'll kill the microorganisms — I like the end result even better.
You can get non-dairy
yogurt and
coconut milk kefir
too!
I've been working on a

And also, if i were to adopt the diet approach
too, will it works if i only take cheese,
yogurt and
coconut oil more regularly while maintaining my normal meals (in Asia, rice is essential!

My twin and I made a beetroot hummus dip before
too, we topped it with tofu feta cheese and walnuts instead of
coconut yogurt!
