I've been starting the day

In this breakfast bowl, we cooked it up the already cooked grain in some vanilla almond milk, and topped it
with fruit, granola, and
coconut yogurt.

Breakfasts — for breakfast I often have toast
with avocado, nooch and sea salt; sugar free cereal

fruit and sees / nuts and almond milk; eggs and toast;
coconut yogurt with berries and seeds; scrambled eggs
with veggies; leftovers from dinner; green smoothies; rice or wasa crackers
with nut butters and dates — you get the idea... Mom's muffins are one of my favorites!
I have been making it
with Familia Swiss Muesli, pecans, pumpkin seeds, a bit of dried
fruit and some unsweetened
coconut yogurt.
I start taking care of the children's breakfast and packed lunch, wake them up, give them breakfast (anything from vanilla chia pudding loaded
with fruit and
coconut yogurt to an açaí bowl
with homemade granola).
They're also awesome
with nut butter, any kind of assorted
fruit,
coconut cream or Greek
yogurt.
