I've tried the Frank
coffee body
scrub before which is amazing and would definitely recommend but have never tried the
face scrub before.
Use ground
coffee, oats or almonds mixed with olive or coconut oil to make an effective and environmentally safe
face or body
scrub (microbeads are just bad news).

So, last night I was flipping through the magazine and saw this little tip that said, ``... try waking up your
face with a
scrub of your just used
coffee grounds.
As for
scrubs, I keep a jar full of
coffee grounds in the shower and use that for my body and
face.
