Why don't you get one of those electric coffee grinders and use it to make your own almond flour or chick pea flour.
Not having the array of flours that Heidi does, I made this using 1 / 2Cup each plain white flour, wholemeal flour, almond flour and oat flour (using oats that I ground down in my coffee grinder).

i am sorry i post here but i do nt know where else to post.i want to use a coffee grinder to make almond flour as i cant afford to buy it from store packed.are all grinders suitable or some are better for nuts.i saw on amazon the krump coffee grinder which is cheap too.will it work??
I made my own almond flour using blanched almonds and did small batches using the coffee grinder.
I don't normally drink coffee, but had been advised that they are great for grinding almonds into flour.
This time, the coffee grinder did manage to grind about 2 cups of fine, almond flour before getting completely clogged up.
