They are hard and crunchy
because they are twice - cooked («bis» is Italian for twice and «cotti» means cooked) and perfect for dipping in a cup of
tea or coffee (although apparently true Italians only dip them in Vin Santo, a sweet dessert wine, not
coffee).
These are «muffins» (as opposed to cupcakes) in my mind
because they aren't all that sweet; they're a perfect breakfast pastry to have next to a cup of
coffee or tea.
These mini scones would be perfect
because they would be a great snack
or treat in the afternoon, but would also go well with
tea or coffee for breakfast.
And
because collagen is flavorless and heat - stable you can mix it into your
coffee or tea without hurting its nutritional quality,
or the taste.
I also don't sweeten my
tea or coffee and prefer the natural taste of beverages, I also don't even drink juice

tea sources preferably like a high L theanine containing source of
tea like green
tea and you would kinda combine both of those that you're getting the ultimate and cognitive performance that
coffee in the morning, the L theanine throughout the day, as kinda like a slow bleed as you're drinking your green
tea and then every couple of weeks, you switch to decaf
coffee but you can still continue to drink that green
tea because that L theanine doesn't have the same effect on your adenosine receptors
or on your adrenal glands so now you know everything you need to know about biohacking your life with
coffee and
tea.
But just
because I'm not drinking
coffee or tea doesn't mean that I don't like a morning pick - me - up.
You maybe reducing the amount of toxins that are coming into your body
because you have either cut down
or entirely cut out taking those pharmaceutical drugs, alcohol,
coffee and
tea, soda drinks, and perhaps other foods, drinks

When you are expecting your para-med visit use some common sense and don't drink
coffee or tea before the nurse comes over
because it will give a high blood pressure reading from the caffeine you were drinking.
The physical space at the service I think is a real asset and it really helps with enabling parents to connect when they have the time
because there is a central atrium area that the rooms run off and its setup with café style tables and chairs and the daily newspaper is always there, there's free
tea and
coffee, so it's really conducive to taking some time out
or if you're having to wait to see someone then that's a central area that all parents have to pass through with the comings and goings of the day.
