When I'm looking to
get it into my diet quickly, I blend 1 to 2 tablespoons of hydrolyzed collagen gelatin into a

Really bad numbers started at -3.8, then

getting better so I'm increasing my steamed kale / organic, approx 2 cups a day, and using DK2 drops, lots of hiking up hills and stairs, and «core» exercises, tiny 1/4
coffee in morning, chocolate 1 time a week, also drink a glass of organic celery to start the morning and a
smoothie with all organic blueberries, brocolli, flax seed, chai seed, and nettles all good mix with almond milk.
If you think about it,
getting a similar shake at a
smoothie shop or say a
coffee from Starbucks, is going to cost probably three times that price.
After doing the math, Shakeology's price per serving is roughly $ 4.00, which again isn't that much when compared to
getting a
coffee at Starbucks or a
smoothie.

Yup, I'm a total nutrition nerd and have a morning
smoothie routine to
get my day going instead of
coffee.
I could tell the difference when I started adding it in my
coffee and
smoothies, as I experienced an immediate energy boost which can be really helpful if you just started following the ketogenic diet and feel tired (remember, it take 3 - 4 weeks to
get keto - adapted).
Also purchased MCT swirl from Barleans, but it tastes like a coconut
smoothie and has xylitol in it, so I was going to
get something else for my
coffee.
What's your take on maybe you know smaller amounts of collagen maybe in your
coffee or to your — to your water, throwing in your
smoothie as a way of
getting some protein in but not enough to throw you out of ketosis.
Saute your eggs and veggies in it, use in place of butter in recipes, maybe even
get crazy and add it to your
smoothie or
coffee.
If you drink
smoothies or
coffee or whatever, start with a drop, then two, then three, etc until you
get exactly what you need.

I don't love the taste so I put it in things like
coffee and
smoothies where it is easily masked and I feel like it has majorly helped me from
getting the kids colds (or as intensely lol.)
There are over a hundred variants of espresso, tea,
smoothie, shake - and - fresh juice, but I would eschew them all for the Vanilla Chai Latte; it's like liquid gingerbread, and in the world of hyphenated
coffee drinks, as good as it
gets.
But I challenge you to start paying attention to the straws you
get in your iced
coffee,
smoothies, soda, and cocktails.
