In essence, it's about being professional and taking care, which means don't: agree to meet alone; allow over-familiarity; give out your personal mobile number; meet informally outside working hours and away from your organisation's premises (and certainly don't do so without getting formal approval); allow too frequent contact or over familiarity that may be acceptable with friends,
colleagues and family but not from people with whom you only have a commercial relationship; discuss your private life, or social or recreational interests of you or your partner; accept offers, discounts or other services or products by the client, customer or contractor; accept hospitality or gifts that you yourself wouldn't pay for from your own pocket; and don't do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable,
obligated or might be open to misinterpretation or might be difficult to explain to your manager, a journalist or an investigator.
Given the time pressures that force us to accommodate the natural rhythms of professional development to the practical realities of edTPA completion, we, like many of our
colleagues at other institutions, have felt
obligated to redesign student teaching seminars so they effectively function as edTPA prep courses.
Since the OHSA is meant to be interpreted broadly, these sections
obligate supervisors and employers to take all reasonable precautions to protect workers, including, in our view, in situations where the worker requires protection from the harassing behaviour of a manager or

So exercise sound judgment and do not feel

colleagues.
You can discuss that with your boss (though you're not
obligated to do so) and your
colleagues if you want, but there's little purpose for including that in your resignation letter.

colleague, someone who can offer expert opinions and / or point out mistakes.
