(Schimmel, p. 72) Some of the resulting photographs were straight prints, others were manipulated in the darkroom and still others, like Quetta, Pakistan, were embellished by hand with
colorful egg tempera inks and gold and silver paint.

tempera paintings, she can be seen lounging with her cats, striking yoga poses in a James Turrell installation and doing the crossword in an art - filled red interior (a riff, perhaps, on Matisse's «Red Studio.»)
