When a listing had easy access at main road intersections requiring only a few OH signs, I realized that many people in my blue
colour town worked shifts — at Nortel, Chrysler, and at local manufacturing and warehouse facilities bordering residential areas, so I decided to have «on your way home» open houses, both 7:30 to 9 am and at 4 - 6 pm.
