chopped onion, cilantro, salt and black pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl,
combine the
chopped mushrooms, ground
beef, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, and season generously with pepper.
