If it didn't come out of a blue box and have crunchy marshmallows floating on top, it wasn't real hot chocolate.

In hot chocolate form it also came across as fruity with notes of coconut and was slightly sweeter than the Ecuador.

Today i made it, a friend of mine came to my house and given that she is lactose intolerant and i'm gluten - free, i decided to try your Hot Chocolate recipe and we found it very goood!!

I used a full bar of Ghirardelli semi-sweet baking chocolate chopped up and added directly in, then when they came hot out of the oven I added another chopped bar to the top, waited for it to melt, then smeared it on as a topping.

And more often than not, if we asked for homemade hot chocolate or a milkshake, it came in the form of hot carob.

With the cooler weather comes lots of comforting, hearty dishes, hot chocolate, cozy movie nights, and of course, lots of pumpkin!

Yes, Lots of hot chocolate is coming my way.

When my children asked for hot chocolate the other day after coming in from many hours of igloo building and playing in the snow, I was happy to oblige.

When she comes home around 3 pm, she LOVES a real Swiss cup of hot chocolate milk.

With that being said all I can think about is Fall... the holidays, the colors changing on the leaves, hot chocolate, cooler weather and most importantly layering with all my clothes.

Upon coming inside with a very sore back and shoulder, I had to get the children out of their snow gear, meet their demands for hot chocolate, fold the 2 loads of laundry that were waiting, feed them dinner (albeit a frozen pizza), clean up dinner, do the bath and bedtime routine (which requires all of mommy's attention when daddy is away).

The idea came to me when I was looking through last year's posts and realized that in just under a month my Hot Chocolate Bar had become one of my most popular posts of the year.

We headed to a pumpkin patch on Saturday and despite the crazy wind we did what we came to do — pick up our pumpkins, eat candy apples, and sip on hot chocolate while taking in the beautiful views of countryside.

We'd love for you to come have a cup of hot chocolate and stick around awhile for a little visit.

So in lieu of New Years resolutions that are often destined to fail before they're attempted, I decided to remind myself of some of the things I love and do my best to surround myself with them in the coming months: cozy sweaters, seashells in handfuls, smiling, little bookshops, hot chocolate, conversing with world travelers (Welcome home Céline!!!)

So it comes as something of a surprise that «Frances Ha» is such an effervescent bobble — a fizzy pop confection that's equally indebted to the French New Wave, Woody Allen and the collection of soul and disco songs sprinkled throughout the soundtrack (has a Hot Chocolate jam ever been put to better use?)

While a day full of family, overloading on chocolate, and enjoying hot cross buns sounds delightful for us, it is important to remember to remain responsible when it comes to our dogs and cats.

We also felt a bit tricked by breakfast — it was $ 75 each for the buffet (fark me drunk) at the hotel so we headed into town and came across a cafe offering what we thought was a bread / croissant / pastry buffet with drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice) for the bargain price of around $ 13.

It was just so special to come out of our rooms to a roaring fire, hot chocolate and the very beginning chords...» Chestnuts roasting on an open fire...»

:) But we all came home — got some hot chocolate and opened presents and it was one of the best Christmases ever.
