While reading
comments they say font give your baby water I just have to say if your baby is constipated they need the extra water to help soften the stool helped my boy took a week BUT when he got constipated again I used probiotics and in 2 HOURS he was pooping again he also started cereal at 2 months he was going through 24oz of milk at each
feeding and he has a milk protein allergy (gets hives) so having him on special formula cost
about 100 $ every 2 days so pablum was best for him now 7 months on finger foods, solids, cereal, and formula (of course) 2x a day and doing fine.

I think I have PTSD from my picky eater and I so appreciated the author's

Unfortunately, I've experienced all kinds of shaming for formula
feeding from other moms, from subtle
comments about «breast is best» or that I need more «education» or «support,» to saying I don't love my babies enough.

Try to let go of the guilt
about not breast -
feeding, even when others make judgmental and critical
comments about it.
I took a lot of flak for that and because of the nasty
comments I received (including a horrible woman who flat - out told me my baby would probably die of a horrible plague because I was using formula instead of breast milk and robbing him of antibodies), I am actually very passionate
about letting women know it's okay to choose to formula
feed, that it is nothing to be ashamed of.
The criticism may not be
about breastfeeding specifically (since people now often know that it's «best»); often people make negative
comments about breastfeeding - related parenting:
feeding the baby frequently, on cue; keeping the baby close by at night and not using sleep training; opting not to be separated from the baby; and using a wrap or carrier to «wear» the baby.

fed her baby with her «thingys» and pointed to his chest.
