After reading Julienne Stroves blog it sems unlikely that such a huge block of ice, 30 miles by 12 miles and 85 feet thick, could be wandering round the arctic as they certainly hadnt seen any, and have commented that the satellites appears to be showing more ice than actually exists.
As far as my moniker is concerned, it may not have been the most carefully chosen moniker but was decided on rather short notice after it had become clear that — unless I happened to enjoy online abuse — I wasn't really going to be able to comment on WUWT posts and that if I did want to address what was said on WUWT I would need to write my own blog (which people could choose to read or ignore), rather than comment on theirs.
