Based on the
comments about texture / melting too quickly, I would wonder
about using part melted white
chocolate and not use any honey as a combined sweeetner / means of adding structure?
If I make a cookie recipe that was developed by King Arthur Flour, but I add mini
chocolate chips to it instead of regular
chocolate chips, and then I have 5 to 50 of my followers
commenting that I'm «brilliant», then something is not being clearly communicated to the reader
about what I'm actually doing.
