Decrease exposure to all estrogen - raising factors in your diet, including excessive amounts of coffee (I recommend no more than 2 cups per day), unfermented soy sources such as tofu and soy milk, non-organic meats,
commercial dairy sources, sugars and starches.
The best way to optimize your gut flora is by including some naturally fermented foods in your diet, but I'd caution against using most
commercial yogurt and milk products as your primary
source of probiotics, as they're made from pasteurized
dairy and often have sweeteners, artificial sweeteners, and other additives.
