Not exact matches

common workout injuries is the cervical strain, which often happens when the neck is quickly whipped forward and
back and the muscles in your necked get stretched.
Lower
back pain is a
common problem among those who sit a lot, but also among those who do different
workouts such as bodybuilding.
A training plan that follows a body part split focuses on training just one major body part per session, e.g. chest on Monday,
back on Tuesday etc... You may also bolt on a smaller muscle group to those
workouts; combining chest with triceps and
back with biceps is fairly

One very
common form of a superset
workout includes working two opposing muscle groups

back and then repeating the circuit.
