I stopped by The Doctors recently to share a few of the most
common food cravings and what your body may be telling you when you have them, and I'll break them down for you, here.
We talked to Los Angeles — based dietitian Shira Lenchewski, M.S., R.D., to get the skinny on
some common food cravings, as well as what you can do to satiate the hunger without going overboard.
