Community Dog Program works within Bronx neighborhoods to identify dog owners in need and assist them, as much as possible, in keeping their dogs.
Spay / Neuter Services While ACC does not perform spay / neuter surgeries for owned animals,
our Community Dog Program can provide dog owners with spay / neuter resources and make appointments with the ASPCA and other partners.
