police officer from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry recently
completed a
training program used in Ferguson, Missouri, designed to prevent officers from exhibiting bias.

police department should overhaul its investigative approach to officer - involved shootings; abstain from prejudging (and publicly announcing) the results of an investigation before it has been
