I'm a little
concerned about the amount of
coconut oil used.
If you choose a high quality refined
coconut oil, then there isn't too much to worry
about as far as purity is

about getting the right balance of fatty acids in your diet, most importantly healthy saturated fats like those found in virgin
coconut oil.
