Although nuts and coconuts do have more significant quantities of saturated fat, these foods should not be the
bulk of the
diet, and if your saturated fat intake is 5 % or less of your total caloric intake there is no need for
concern.
This isn't problematic, and shouldn't prompt
concern as there are still plenty of nutrients within the
diet, unless you're seeing the
bulk of the ingredients look completely undigested.
