exploitation of cheap labor, while Adrian Ho's Fruits of Life (2013) registers its mournful
concern for the Bornean forests that have fallen prey to palm -
oil corporations.
Represented the Republic of Ecuador in an arbitration brought by a U.S. petroleum company,
concerning Ecuador's termination of a contract for the
exploitation of an
oil field and claims of expropriation, in a proceeding conducted in Spanish and English.
