Also, Poodles may suffer from hip dysplasia,

Sebaceous adenitis is one of those puppy and dog skin
conditions that is often seen in specific breeds — especially Poodles and Akitas.
They are generally rather healthy, but they too can develop certain medical
conditions such as hip dysplasia (with a score of fair or better), elbow dysplasia, hypothyroidism, and von Willebrand's disease, Addison's Disease, Gastric Dilatation - Volvulus, Cushings Disease (Hyperadrenocorticism), Epilepsy, Hypothyroidism, Legg - Perthes Disease, Patellar Luxation, Optic Nerve Hypoplasia,
Sebaceous Adenitis (SA) and Von Willebrand's Disease.
Unfortunately Poodles are prone to dermatological issues including
sebaceous adenitis, a
condition affecting the glands that lubricate the hair follicles and skin.
For example, if both parents of your Standard Poodle have certificates proving they were tested and cleared of hereditary eye diseases, hip dysplasia, thyroid disease, and
sebaceous adenitis, your Standard Poodle has less risk of developing those
conditions.
