The objectives
of the regulatory changes are to reduce the potential for exploitation
of temporary

of December 2015, new regulations have come into force that allow ESDC to conduct inspections
of employers who employ Temporary
Foreign Workers, require information concerning their wages and working
conditions, audit their payroll, and even attend at employer premises without prior warning.
