Our e-learning Open Water certification is $ 395 and includes transfers from your hotel or condo along Seven Mile Beach to our training facilities and the Boat's departure points, personal instruction, 5
confined water sessions, 4 awesome dives, all equipment needed for the course and certification processing.

The Scuba Diver Course includes 3
Confined Water sessions and 2 Open Water dives.

You may do the academic and
confined water sessions at your own schedule via elearning, Open Water Diver Touch and with a local dive store (most areas offer many options to choose from).
You will complete 3 out of the 5 theory and
confined water sessions required for the full course and make 2 open water dives to an introductory depth of 12 meters.
Here your instructor will put into practice the techniques you've learned during the academics program.The
confined water sessions are completed in the shallow sandy bays of one of our beautiful cayes.
After this is done, we will jump into the pool and start going through
the confined water sessions.
This consists of some presentations provided by our PADI Course Directors,
some confined water sessions and then evaluation training.
The fun part of the course, apart from breathing underwater for the first time, is that all
the confined water session are done in the shallow sandy bay of the Cayes.
No prior scuba diving experience is necessary to enroll in this program, you simply sit through an Instructor led presentation that covers basic dive safety and enjoyment tips, then enjoy
a confined water session playing around with scuba diving equipment.
Then in
the confined water session you will refresh your underwater skills.
The refresher course at XTC includes a short classroom session,
a confined water session in our pool and one guided dive, with an instructor.
Day two you will begin the morning with your final
confined water session of scuba diving training and again onto the afternoon dive charter to complete the last two open water scuba diving training dives.

confined water dive in the DJL pool — this is convenient as it's next to the Dive shop and many people do find it more comfortable to do these
sessions in the pool so that whilst you're mastering basic skills you don't deal with different conditions and waves as in the sea.
A
confined water training
session may be required, at the discretion of the instructor conducting the course, to verify participants skills level.
