problems which the person has yet to
confront.
Peterson et al. (2006a, b) using a pre-IVF cross-sectional design reported escapist coping as one of six strategies positively associated with infertility
specific distress, with the other factors studied being
problem solving, accepting responsibility, self - control, distracting and
confronting.
