It is
considered as a holistic and dynamic approach of incorporating organic and permaculture farming
practices including crop rotation,
conservation tillage, composting, cover crops, pasture cropping, and mobile animal shelters to increases the farmer's income and food production.

conservation activities shall: (1) use sound and objective scientific
practices in assessing such risks; (2)
consider the best available science (including peer reviewed studies); and (3) describe the weight of the scientific evidence concerning such risks.
