It becomes obvious rather quickly that the game was designed to be played with a mouse, and the transition to console controllers didn't go over very well.

Ok, here's my take on it... I have both systems and can only get it for one... and the PS4 has the edge on graphics (which I have to «try» and tell which one is which by screen shots side by side) I still go with the X1 on multiplats, for me the «snap feature» BY FAR makes up for the lost graphics (that in real gameplay hardly exists to me) plus my
controller of choice, plus in my experience, the network is more stable... those things push me to the X1... I have Minecraft on both and everything just flows so much better on the X1, the OS, friends, messages, party, just like it better... I mean, my PS4 dosent really feel much different than my PS3
did... but my X1 sure feels different than my 360
did... PS4 is a beast and ill play all exclusives but the everyday «workhorse»
console for me is the Xbox one...

You missed the point, those two system ARE N'T JUST about the exclusives, they have MAJOR third party support & that's key to winning next gen. Third party games are becoming more & more appealing, not to mention that the Wii spark (which made it the best selling
console last gen) has died, no one looks at the WiiU and thinks: «Wow, I like the new touch screen
controller» because believe it or not, it makes it hard for you to focus from one screen to the other & that doesn't work well with a
console that needs to be hooked to a TV (games that support switching gameplay from the TV to the
controller are great though!).
'm / k isn't better because I
do fine on the
console version»... play the PC version of BF4, without any of that
controller assistance built in... with a
controller... against typical m / k users... it'll be a different situation entirely.
One of the big criticisms last year was that the
controller's cords were too short, and there was a way to add more games onto the

As a
console gamer even I don't mind admitting that XCOM probably was kept fairly simple for the sake of
controllers.
For example, people have been reporting that the JoyCon
controllers don't immediately sync with the
console when you turn it on and will de-sync when playing.
These bits of paper are pretty pointless, though, because this is a wired
controller meaning all you have to
do is plug the USB cable into your
console and off you go.

On topic this is a surprise, played the first on my wiiu but to be honest didn't like it too much, the wiiu

do like the classic

About 2 weeks ago we had reported that Nintendo was working on bringing a GameCube
controller hub to the Wii U platform, in anticipation of the release of that
consoles version of «Super Smash Bros.» While we knew it was coming, we didn't really have any details on when it would be available, how much it would cost, and if it would be sold on it's own or just in a bundle.
Pretty color and I like the feel of this one, but as I have experienced with the other
controllers I've bought that were not shipped with the
console, there's a weird lag every so often and from time to time the «input» doesn't stop when the control is released.
