consume organic pasture raised bone broth.

Eggs are incredibly healthy for most people, it is critical that you only
consume eggs from chickens who were raised on
organic pastures.

pasture - raised meat and wild - caught fish.
As with most of the animal products you
consume, you should make an effort to buy bone broth made from animals that were
pasture - raised and are certified
organic.
So, I don't have diabetes, or anywhere close, but as I mentioned, I went low carb very slowly over five years, and
consume a 100 %
pastured / wild /
organic diet with plenty of organ meats, broths, & ferments.
Additionally, I always recommend
consuming organic produce and
pasture - raised animal products (meat, dairy, eggs).
I definitely don't
consume this much dairy or meat although it is
pasture fed,
organic and raw.
As is usually the case with Paleo, we advise
consuming organic,
pastured eggs whenever possible.
Based on what the current data shows, I will continue to recommend
consuming coconut oil (
organic, virgin or extra virgin) and healthy saturated fats from butter and animal products (
pasture - raised and grass - fed).
