If you're
consuming high amounts of caffeine and it's affecting your baby's energy levels, it may be time to cut back.
A group of 18 doctors, researchers and public health experts jointly urged the Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday to take action on energy drinks to protect adolescents and children from the possible risks of
consuming high amounts of caffeine.

consumed daily: 0 to 49 mg was considered low; 50 to 199 mg was average; 200 to 299 mg was
high; and 300 mg or more was considered very
