If you do
consume dairy, choose full fat, unpasteurized and
organic in order to obtain the health benefits that are otherwise destroyed by pasteurization.
However, if you've already been sensitized to the
dairy proteins casein or whey from drinking conventional milk,
consuming raw
dairy,
organic dairy, lactose - free milk, or goat's milk may still be a problem.
Additionally, I always recommend
consuming organic produce and pasture - raised animal products (meat,
dairy, eggs).
I definitely don't
consume this much
dairy or meat although it is pasture fed,
organic and raw.

organic milk from happy, grass - fed cows.
If you
consume dairy, it should be
organic, grass - fed and preferably from sheep or goats.
Occasionally, we might also apply «
organic» to the meat, eggs, and
dairy products we
consume — eating beef raised on
organic grasses, for example, or chickens fed only
organic grains.
Low - fat varieties of the same foods did not show a decrease of mortality rates, so if you're set on
consuming dairy products make sure they're
organic and grass - fed.
