If it were me, I'd leave it as it is, but if your convictions won't allow you to
drink it there are plenty of other
fermented / cultured things you and your family can
consume.
I tried to
drink plenty of water and I
consumed loads of
fermented stuff - kombucha (I like GT's and Health - Ade), homemade
fermented veggies, yogurt and probiotics.
In traditional diets, they
consumed so many more enzymes than we get in our modern diet (through
fermented foods and
