While there are a number of detox teas that
contain caffeine sources, these are generally present at a level that will stimulate your metabolism, rather than give you the energy boost that is usually associated with the morning, or mid morning cup of coffee.

source of both coffee and green tea compounds (along with other powerful antioxidant compounds) I will often use Energy Charge as it is extremely effective,
contains less
caffeine than coffee, and offers the fat - burning benefits of green coffee bean.

The antioxidants in green tea (noted below), have been found to extend the release of the neurochemical neurepinephrine in the bloodstream and keep it circulating for longer than any other
caffeine containing source.
Among them are beneficial antioxidants and, according to researchers, coffee, because of the volume consumed, not because of its high amount, is the primary
source of antioxidants in the American diet.3 The antioxidants may even help neutralize the harsher effects of the
caffeine that coffee naturally
contains.
For energy keep an eye out for a product that
contains a variety of
caffeine sources as different types of
caffeine vary in the quality of energy they provide.
According to every reputable
source I viewed, chocolate
contains caffeine.
There are several
sources of
caffeine in this formula as well, for example, cocoa seed, green tea
contains minor amounts of
caffeine, and also 220 mg of
caffeine, which is equivalent to about 1.5 to 2 cups of coffee.
Coffee, and its most studied component,
caffeine, have been implicated in potential health benefits due to the rich
sources of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds
contained in this beverage [14, 15].
Lab tests show that the grounds
