Just thought I'd point out that putting a laarge
container of hot water
in your
fridge is going to raise the temperature of your
fridge, possibly into the prime bacterial growth range.
It makes a nice big bowl, perfect for large groups of people, main courses or to keep

fridge so you can eat it every single day for lunch (I have a
container designated
just for storing this salad because it never has a chance for anything else!).
We put one
container in the
fridge and
just grab a few to toss into the oatmeal... We've tossed
in frozen ones, they are actually quite good also.
