working anywhere, but also the two features I would describe as her greatest achievements — the 200 - minute narrative Jeanne Dielman, 23 quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975) and the 107 - minute documentary From the East (D'est, 1993).
Throughout Rosewood Sand Hill, a captivating collection
of Northern Californian
art graces the walls, including
contemporary paintings,
works on paper,
fine art prints and photography with several large - scale, specially - commissioned pieces showcasing the region.
The décor includes
works of art from renowned Guatemalan
fine artists and handmade textiles with traditional -
contemporary designs.
Though I see tantalizing potential, so far I see a desert with two polar extremes; having your
fine work disappear into a vast ocean
of mediocrity, and a few sites catering to the screwy
contemporary art establishment that have an exclusivity standard
of internal nomination only.
