At 5.5 months things were improving rapidly again, with the help of
our continued sleep routines.

If you see your child
sleeps just fine without a pillow then simply look out for the above signs and
continue your baby
sleeping routine as normal.
But if your baby has
slept well until now,
continue with your bedtime
routine as normal and remind yourself it's just a phase which will pass like all the others.
If your child is still napping intermittently, this is the perfect opportunity to

routine, and give your child the option of playing or reading quietly if they do not feel like
sleeping.
As baby grows and becomes a toddler, maintain a similar

continued with this
routine, until our pediatrician advised us to start letting them
sleep through the night and not wake them to eat (around 4 months).
