The lawsuit details claims
by LI Clean Tech that the state economic development agency and the state Department of Transportation kept Talon Air's competitors as well as the public,
local residents and the airport's commission in the dark while the
contract was steered to Talon.
«Many of the claims from the
residents may be covered
by insurance, however, there may have been serious failings
by the management company, acting on behalf of the
local authority, that may give rise to further liability in
contract (to the tenants of the block) and in negligence.
