Are the baking timings in different temperatures applicable to baking in
convection ovens too??

Part way through cooking, I switched from
convection to regular heat (we have a gas
oven with an optional
convection feature), as the tops were browning
too quickly.
At 375 it only took 12 minutes in the
convection oven, and we used the Cuisenart to slice the veggies (I am
too destructive to be trusted with a mandoline.)
