Along the right side of the Torch 9850/9860, you'll find the volume and the play / pause / mute buttons as well as the device's lone convenience key and the standard 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The right side of the device will contain three buttons, which will likely be the power button, volume rocker, and the convenience key, that is primarily used for jumping across different applications quickly.

The screen lock button sits on the top, slightly recessed, so as not to be unlocked when you slip it into your pocket; the volume controls sit on the right - hand side, with a shortcut «convenience» key moving from the middle towards the bottom.

The Convenience key on the right edge below the volume buttons mirrors the design and functionality seen in the DTEK50 and DTEK60.

Around the sides are a programmable «convenience key» (which defaults to camera shutter button), volume buttons surrounding a mute key, plus a microUSB power / sync port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The right - hand side has the volume buttons and convenience key, which is set by default to fire up the camera.
